No matter which option you choose, our onboarding process follows a proven three-phase approach over six to eight weeks.
It all starts with the Kickoff Meeting, a two-hour deep dive where we learn about your business, processes, and goals. This sets the stage for everything that follows.
Your foundational setup begins here. We’ll connect your systems, set up your email domain following best practices, and start configuring HubSpot. We provide initial training to ensure your team is set up with email, calendar, and essential tools. Additionally, we take a deep dive into your current sales processes and strategy, as well as your long-term goals. From this, we create a detailed operational sales strategy, documenting a plan of required properties, automations, pipelines, and processes.
In Between Phases 1 and 2, we hold a Sales Strategy Review Meeting to refine and approve the plan before moving into full implementation.
This is where HubSpot starts working for you. With the sales strategy finalized, we begin building out the necessary properties, workflows, and automations. By the middle of this phase, your team will be actively using HubSpot and experiencing immediate benefits. We also encourage continuous feedback, allowing us to refine workflows based on real-world usage. During this phase, we document the strategy for sales sequences, which will be built and launched in Phase 3.

During the handoff meeting, we provide a document that summarizes everything we have done, including all properties, workflows, important lists, strategies, sequences, emails, and more—tied up in a bow. We walk you through this documentation, address any final questions, and complete the handoff, ensuring you feel confident moving forward with your fully optimized HubSpot setup.
